He is an unusual character. So timid until drunk/partying. Then such an animal.

Upon moving in we gave him 2 options.

1. $100 He gets to live like a normal human, but not pay electricity etc.
2. $50 Minimal chores, maybe the odd dinner if he is lucky .

He took the $50 option but is being a real pussy about doing his chores. (I even bought him a steam mop).
